Smart Start Volunteer - Share God's Word with elementary age children through this after-school program that uses Sunday School type curriculum and helps students excel academically through homework assistance.
Side by Side Mentor - Provide youth the opportunity to develop a safe, trusting relationship with a Christian adult who will expose the student to the love and truth of God’s word, encourage them to seek a personal relationship with Christ, and excel academically.
Prayer - If you would like regular updates on the prayer needs of Community New Start, please email us to join our prayer list. Your prayer for CNS, the St. John Community and the families that live here are important to the success of this ministry.
Community Events - Contact us to see how your group might be able to participate in beautification and social activities in the St. John community.
If you want to put your gifts to use at CNS, let us know by filling out our volunteer application and sending it our way. You can mail it, fax it, or hand deliver it (just check to make sure we’ll be around to receive it!). Once we have it, we’ll get in touch to schedule some time to get to know you and your interests and answer your questions. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
